The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta. Parents or guardians of entrants below eighteen years of age are to tick this disclaimer and undertake all responsibility. Furthermore, competitors hereby declare that they are insured with a valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of €1.500,000 (one million five hundred thousand Euro) or equivalent thereof in any other currency.
